Prof. V.S. Raju

Prof. V.S. Raju holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He is a renowned expert in the field with over 60 years of extensive experience. He has held prominent academic positions including Director, IIT Delhi and Professor, Head and Dean, IIT Madras. Through out his distinguished career, Prof. Raju has been involved in more than 750 foundation consultancy projects across India and internationally covering all types of projects. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, with several notable projects.

Our Team

Dr. V.R. Raju

Dr. Raju studied Civil Engineering at the IIT Madras. He completed his Masters and Ph.D. in structural engineering in the US (Rice and Duke universities) and a doctorate in geotechnical engineering from Karlsruhe University in Germany

He has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction of foundations for major civil engineering projects worldwide. He was responsible for engineering, operations, equipment and sustainability at Keller and was a member of the Board. He is currently in the role of senior advisor, Sustainability, at Keller and is a Professor of Practice at IIT Madras in the department of civil engineering.

Mr. C.R. Balaji

Mr. C.R. Balaji studied Civil and Structural Engineering from Annamalai University and brings 27 years of professional experience. His career includes 6 years at IIT Madras and 21 years with Prof. V.S. Raju Consultants. Mr. Balaji's expertise lies in designing foundations for a diverse range of structures, including multi-storied residential & commercial buildings, airports, ash ponds, communication towers, power plants, industrial buildings, berthing structures. His extensive experience and technical proficiency have contributed significantly to numerous major infrastructure projects

Mr. K. Ratna Babu

Mr. K. Ratna Babu, formerly the Executive Director (Civil) at Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation, has 35 years of extensive experience in the power sector. With 13 years as Chief Engineer and 3 years as Executive Director, he has overseen numerous largescale projects across various domains. His expertise includes managing and executing thermal, hydel and solar power projects, contributing to the development and success of the state's power generation infrastructure.

Mrs. Kopparthi Venkata Vydehi

Mrs. Kopparthi Venkata Vydehi has a Ph.D. from NIT Warangal. She is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and has been with us since January, 2024. She had prior working experience of 3 years.

Mr. Chenna Reddy Avuluri

Mr. Chenna Reddy Avuluri has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT Calicut. He is working with us since April, 2023.

Ms. Lavanya Mamidi

Ms. Lavanya Mamidi has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. She is with us since April, 2024.

Mr. Sai Kiran Wadi

Sai Kiran Wadi has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad. He is with us since April, 2024.

Ms. Dasari Shivani

Dasari Shivani has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad. She is with us since April, 2024.

Mr. Banka Jaswanth Reddy

Mr. Banka Jaswanth Reddy has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from IIT Bhubaneswar. He is working with us since June, 2025.

Ms. Rukmini Kanumetta

Ms. Rukmini Kanumetta has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from IISc Bangalore. She is working with us since October, 2025.

Ms. Turumella Divya Prasanna

Ms. Turumella Divya Prasanna has a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. She is working with us since June, 2025.
